So, the first week of 8th grade just ended and I'm surprised to say that it was great! I have a lot of funny,amazing people in my class. The only thing that sucks is that my best-friend Izabelle isn't in my class. But I'm trying not to let that ruin my 8th grade year. My classes and teachers are amazing. The class that I am mainly excited about is my Film Studies class. It's pretty much a class in which we "screen films" and discuss them. That's probably going to be the only class that might not bore me to death. Aside from classes and teachers and classmates and what not, I'm still trying to adjust mentally to being an 8th grader. Like the other day during lunch the cafeteria lady yelled out "7-3 first row,get up and throw away your trays" at that moment I began to get up when one of my classmates whispered "What are you doing? We're in 8th grade now.". At that moment I got as red as a tomato because I had over 50 8th graders staring at me. And at that moment I finally realized that I needed to get used to being called an "8th grader". Well, I guess that's it for now. I'll be posting a lot because I have a feeling that this is going to be my way of venting throughout the school year. Well here's to a great last year of middle school!
